Regional Strategy Execution: Led the development and rollout of a $69M regional strategy to support agricultural transformation and food security in six West African countries.
Investment Planning: Coordinated second-generation National Agriculture, Food Security, and Nutrition Investment Plans (NAIP FSN) in Burkina Faso, Senegal, Guinea, Nigeria, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire, alongside a Regional Investment Plan for ECOWAP 2025.
Gender & Climate Integration: Developed a regional action plan to integrate gender considerations into Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) strategies at both national and ECOWAS levels.
